What's included with a frameset?
Every SEKA frameset ships with frame, fork, seatpost, the matching integrated handlebar (Gladius GR or Rapier), frameset accessories, and — depending on the model — the aero bottle cage set or internal storage bag.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 3 business days. Shipping to most locations in the U.S. and Canada takes 10–14 business days. All duties and import taxes are included in the price — no surprises on delivery.
What is the return policy?
You may return your product within 15 days of delivery for a full refund; original and return shipping fees, duties, and taxes are deducted. The product must be new, unused, and complete with all original packaging and parts. Returns are accepted only for purchases from the official online store.
How does the warranty work?
Frames and carbon parts are covered by each manufacturer's limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. Contact Pangu customer service with your order details — we run the claim with the brand for you.
Which size should I ride?
Each product page has a size guide with recommended height ranges — ExAero GR runs 49–61, Spear runs XS–XL with two additional racing sizes (MR / LR). With 2–3 viable sizes for most riders, choose the smaller for agility, the larger for stability.
