Faster than an
aero frameset.

Developed with 37 optimization iterations and CFD analysis integrated throughout. In collaboration with Aerocoach, the Spear was tested in the Silverstone (SSEH) wind tunnel — 280,000 sets of data led to one conclusion: −6 watts of air drag, 15.27 seconds faster to the finish line.

Signature structure

Wind Eye.
The element that defines Spear.

The Wind Eye suppresses turbulence caused by low-pressure areas at the seat tube and rear wheel — CFD simulation shows it saves 2.66 watts at a relative wind speed of 40 km/h.

It also filters and dilutes road vibration, allowing the seatpost a maximum of 17 mm of vertical flex — vertical compliance up 23%.

685 grams is just a number — it doesn't represent our limit. We focus on overall performance: the RDC frame delivers powerful performance without any compromise, 90 g lighter than the Exceed RDC.

Exclusive technology

Pushing the boundaries
of material science.

Pushing the boundariesof material science.

A road-industry first: ultra-high modulus pitch-based carbon fiber. PITCH 65T reaches 2.1× the modulus of T1000; PITCH 80T reaches 2.5× that of T1100. TeXtreme forms the framework foundation at only 20 g/m², with PMI foam-core filling in specific zones.

Each Spear is laid up from 350 pieces of carbon fiber — a stacking solution refined through more than 30 experiments, with no redundant material anywhere.

True one-piecemolding technology.
Manufacturing

True one-piece
molding technology.

One mold forms the complete frame — no tubes glued together. That removes 25 g of redundant overlap and improves stress resistance, fatigue strength, yield strength, and fracture toughness across the board.

Critical components are tested several times beyond ISO standards: the seatpost fatigue test runs at 85 mm from center, 150,000 cycles, under 144 kg — versus ISO's 70 mm, 50,000 cycles, 120 kg.

Geometry

5+2 non-linear
geometry.

5+2 non-lineargeometry.

Five standard sizes plus two dedicated racing sizes — MR and LR — ensure most riders have 2–3 size options to match their riding position and style. Combined with 19 handlebar sizes and 2 seatposts, the fit range is effectively continuous.
