At one point this store carried 378 products from 51 manufacturers. It now carries a few dozen from five, and the difference is the whole idea. A catalog you can scroll past is a directory; a catalog where every product answers to the same standard is a shop.
The standard
Every product here states real numbers — listed weights with their tolerances, actual tire clearances, honest lead times — and every claim we can't source, we don't print. That standard is cheap to hold across five brands and impossible across fifty-one. The forty-six we removed weren't bad; they were unvetted, and unvetted is the one thing this store is not allowed to sell.
What each of the five is for
SEKA builds the framesets — road and gravel platforms with published wind-tunnel provenance and frame weights stated with tolerances. Winspace covers the same ground from a different angle: an aero flagship, a climbing frame and a gravel platform. Elitewheels is the wheel partner — the Drive range from 36 to 65 mm. WHEELTOP supplies wireless electronic shifting at a price the category has not seen before. RYET owns the contact points: 3D-printed carbon saddles from 44 €.
Why so visibly unfinished
Some categories currently show a notify card instead of products. That is deliberate: those ranges return as each brand's supply terms are signed, not before. A category filled with products we couldn't yet stand behind would look better and be worse. If a range you want is dark, leave your address on it — the people who asked are told first, in order.
The bet
Curation is a bet that riders would rather trust ten numbers than scroll a thousand products. Everything about this store — the specs, the lead times, the five names on the door — is that bet, made visible.
