Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Wheels and components that have been mounted, ridden, or modified cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

To start a return, contact us at the address on our contact page with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of the returned goods arriving with us, or of you providing proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier.

Right of withdrawal (European Union and EEA)

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the EEA, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods — or of the last item, where an order is delivered in several shipments.

To exercise this right, inform us of your decision by an unambiguous statement (for example a letter or email) before the period expires. You may use the model withdrawal form prescribed by EU law, but it is not obligatory.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised — for example custom-built wheelsets or bikes assembled to an individual configuration.

Switzerland

Swiss law does not provide a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. Our voluntary 30-day return policy above applies to orders delivered to Switzerland in full.

United States

Orders delivered within the United States are covered by the 30-day return policy above. Refunds are issued to the original payment method; original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

Faulty goods

Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this policy. If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us — we will repair, replace, or refund as the law requires.
