Terms of service

1. Scope

These terms of service apply to all orders placed through this online store. They apply to consumers and, unless expressly stated otherwise, to business customers.

2. Contract formation

The presentation of products in the store is not a binding offer. By completing checkout you make a binding offer to purchase the goods in your cart. The order confirmation email documents receipt of your order; the contract is formed when we accept your order by dispatching the goods or by an express acceptance, whichever occurs first.

3. Prices and payment

For deliveries to the European Union, all prices include statutory VAT. For deliveries to Switzerland, prices exclude Swiss import charges (see our shipping policy). For deliveries to the United States, applicable sales tax is added at checkout. Shipping costs are shown separately before you complete your order. Payment is due at the time of ordering via the payment methods offered at checkout.

4. Delivery

Delivery takes place to the address you provide, per our shipping policy. If an item is unavailable, we will inform you without delay and refund any payments already made for that item.

5. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until paid for in full.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU/EEA have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Details, exceptions, and the effects of withdrawal are set out in our refund policy.

7. Warranty

Statutory warranty law applies. For consumers in the EU this means a warranty period of two years from delivery. Manufacturer guarantees, where offered, are additional to and do not limit your statutory rights.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Mandatory statutory liability, including under product liability law, remains unaffected.

9. Dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

10. Governing law

For consumers with habitual residence in the EU or Switzerland, the law of the country of your habitual residence applies to the extent its mandatory consumer protections so provide; otherwise these terms are governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For customers in the United States, mandatory consumer protections of your state of residence remain unaffected.

11. Severability

Should individual provisions of these terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
