Where we ship

We currently ship to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the United States. Shipping rates and available services are shown at checkout.

Processing

In-stock items are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Custom-built wheelsets and bikes assembled to an individual configuration require additional build time, which is stated on the product page.

Delivery times

• Germany: 2–4 business days after dispatch
• Austria: 3–5 business days after dispatch
• Switzerland: 4–8 business days after dispatch
• United States: 3–7 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

Customs and import charges — Switzerland

Switzerland is outside the EU customs union. Deliveries to Switzerland may be subject to Swiss import VAT, customs duties, and carrier handling fees. These charges are collected from you by the carrier on delivery and are not included in our prices or shipping rates.

Taxes — United States

Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout based on the delivery address.

Damaged shipments

If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, note the damage with the carrier where possible and contact us within 7 days with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
